If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@zdzdbuy.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
